Palate

Finish

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at about 60 to 65 degrees, slightly below room temperature. Use a standard red wine glass, no ice. A short decant, 15 to 20 minutes, softens it further. If you open it young, let it breathe in the glass a few minutes before pouring the next.
