How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at cellar temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl glass so the aromas open. A short decant of 20 to 30 minutes softens the oak and lets the fruit show. If it feels tight, a splash in the glass works fine. No ice.
