Nose

Palate
Medium to full bodied, plush and generous. Dark fruit rolls through first, blackberry and plum, then soft tannin and a warm cocoa and spice note that keeps it savory rather than sweet.
Finish

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve it a touch below room temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl so the fruit has room to open. No decanting needed for a wine this giving, just pour and give it a few minutes. A splash of air in the glass does the rest. Keep the last glass for the food.
