Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at about 60 to 65 degrees, slightly below room temperature, in a wide bowl glass so the fruit has room. No decanting needed, but a few minutes in the glass helps. For a large format, pour what you will drink and keep the rest cool and stoppered.
