Palate
Medium to fuller body for a rose, rounded but dry, with red berry fruit riding through bright acidity. No sweetness, just clean fruit and a firm mineral spine.
Finish
Clean and brisk, with the red fruit fading into a stony, dry close that lingers a beat.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 45 to 50 degrees, in a standard wine glass so the red fruit has room to open. Pull it from the fridge about ten minutes before pouring, since overchilling mutes the strawberry. No ice, that waters it down. A splash in the glass is fine if it warms too fast outdoors.
