Nose

Palate
Medium-light body, softly rounded midpalate. Orchard fruit comes first, then citrus zest and a touch of melon. Acidity is gentle, not sharp, and the oak is barely there.
Finish
Ends clean and fairly short, leaving pear and a light mineral tang. Refreshing, not heavy.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 45 to 50 degrees, in a standard white wine glass. No decanting needed. Pull it from the fridge about ten minutes before pouring so the fruit opens up. A splash of cold water is fine if you want it leaner. Keep the bottle on ice at the table.
