How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve it at cellar temperature, around 60 to 65 degrees, in a wide bowl Bordeaux glass so the tannins have room to soften. Give it a quick decant, 20 to 30 minutes, or just let it sit in the glass. A small pour and a little patience reward you with more open fruit.
