Nose

Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve at 60 to 65 degrees in a Bordeaux glass. Decant for an hour to soften the tannins and open the fruit. If you pour it right away, give the glass a good swirl. A small pour, no more than a third full, lets the nose build.
