Nose
Cooked agave leads, sweet and earthy, with soft caramel and a wisp of vanilla. A faint peppery tick and warm baking spice sit underneath.
Palate
Medium bodied and rounded, almost creamy. Sweet caramel and vanilla coat the mid palate, then agave pushes back with white pepper and a gentle warmth.
Finish
