Nose

Palate
Round and smooth, agave syrup up front, then vanilla and light oak, finishing with a warm peppery tingle. Medium body, gentle sweetness, no harsh edges.
Finish
Medium length, warm pepper and a lingering agave sweetness, clean and easy.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve neat at room temperature in a copita or small tumbler to let the agave and oak show. For a chilled sip, add one large ice cube, which softens the pepper but keeps the vanilla. A splash of water opens the nose if you want less heat. Sip slowly; the pepper builds.
