The story behind Siempre
Siempre was founded in 2015 by Monica Sanita, Alex Lacroix, and Chris Matte. The tequila is made in Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% blue Weber agave grown in both the Highlands and the Valley. Core expressions are roasted in traditional stone brick ovens, double-distilled in copper pots, and fermented with a blend of rum and champagne yeasts while classical music plays in the tank room. Every batch is verified additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker.
We have carried Siempre for years because it delivers clean agave flavor without shortcuts. The lineup runs from a bright Plata to a high-proof, tahona-crushed Supremo, and each bottle earns its place on our shelf.
