Nose
Cooked agave leads, sweet and slightly earthy, with soft vanilla and a faint orange peel note lifting it.
Palate
Round and lightly oily in texture, sweet agave up front, then caramel and vanilla mid palate, a gentle oak spice and black pepper edge on the back.
Finish
Medium length, warm, fading with soft oak and a whisper of pepper.
How to serve and what to pour it with
