Nose
Campfire smoke first, then wet earth, green agave, lime peel, and a crack of black pepper.
Palate
Lightly oily, bright and clean. Roasted agave sweetness up front, citrus zest and green pepper in the middle, dry and savory toward the back.

How to serve and what to pour it with
