About this bottle

Dano’s Dangerous Añejo brings the soul of Jalisco to Long Island, arriving in your glass after an unhurried 18-month rest in virgin white oak barrels. Crafted from 100 % blue Weber agave harvested in the Highlands, this small-batch tequila is additive-free, patiently double-distilled, and bottled at a silky 40 % ABV to showcase purity and terroir. The aging regime layers golden amber hues with aromas of baked agave, roasted nuts, and sweet oak. First sip reveals velvety notes of caramelized vanilla, dried tropical fruit, and toffee, followed by cinnamon, cocoa, and a whisper of pepper that lingers on a warm, elegant finish. Complex yet dangerously smooth, it is equally at home sipped neat from your favorite crystal or elevating an Old-Fashioned, Espresso Martini, or slow-aged Margarita.

Available for local Long Island delivery, in-store pickup, and shipping to the states where it is legal, confirmed at checkout. Upgrade the presentation with a handcrafted wine & spirit gift box or personalize the bottle with custom engraving for birthdays, corporate milestones, or that “just because” moment. Tasting notes

Nose

Cooked agave leads, sweet and slightly earthy, then vanilla and a light toasted oak note. A faint orange peel lifts the back.

Palate

Round and soft on entry, agave sweetness first, then caramel and vanilla mid palate, white oak warmth underneath. Baking spice builds gently. Low heat for the proof, smooth throughout.

Finish

Medium length, warm and clean. Cinnamon and clove fade slowly, agave sweetness lingers underneath.

How to serve and what to pour it with

Serve neat at room temperature in a tulip glass or a small snifter, that shape gathers the vanilla and oak instead of letting it blow off. Skip ice, it dulls the agave. A drop of water opens the caramel if you want it softer. Sip it slowly after dinner, the way you would a good cognac.
