Nose
Roasted agave leads with a soft campfire smoke, then green herbs, a squeeze of lime peel, and a faint wet stone minerality.
Palate
Light bodied and silky. Sweet roasted agave up front, earthy mushroom and damp clay in the middle, a flick of citrus acidity, and gentle smoke that stays in the background. No heat.
Finish
