Nose
Soft wood smoke, roasted agave, faint green herb, and a squeeze of lime peel. Gentle, not campfire heavy.
Palate
Light bodied and silky. Roasted agave sweetness up front, then citrus and a green, vegetal note. Smoke stays in the background, dry and clean.
Finish
Medium length, dry, with lingering smoke and a whisper of cooked agave.
How to serve and what to pour it with
