Nose
Soft vanilla and sliced pear lead, with a light citrus lift and a faint toasted oak note underneath.
Palate
Mellow and rounded, almost creamy in texture. Pear and orange zest arrive first, then toffee sweetness, finishing with a gentle oak spice that stays mild.
Finish
Medium length, easy and warm, leaving toffee and a whisper of spice.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve neat at room temperature in a tulip glass or a rocks glass, and give it a minute to open after pouring. A few drops of water soften the oak and pull up more pear. Skip ice if you want the toffee intact; one large cube works if you like it cooler.
