Nose
Steamed rice and honeydew melon rise first, with a faint toasted almond note underneath. Clean and gentle, no sharp alcohol.
Palate
Soft and medium bodied, almost silky. Sweet rice and ripe melon up front, then a subtle nutty roundness. Low acidity, barely any heat.
Finish
Clean and lightly dry, with a soft rice echo that fades slowly. Not sweet, not hot.
How to serve and what to pour it with
