Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Chill it to about 50 degrees for the cleanest expression, or warm it gently to 100 to 105 degrees to bring out the rice sweetness. Use a small tulip or traditional ochoko. No ice, no water. Pour small and finish the glass before it warms too far, since this sake shows best fresh and cool.
