Nose
Toasted oak leads, then vanilla bean and a lift of dried cherry and raisin. A soft rye spice sits underneath, more bakery cinnamon than pepper.
Palate
Round and gentle for a rye forward whiskey. Vanilla and dried fruit up front, toasted oak through the middle, then a warm baking spice that builds without heat. Smooth texture, a touch of sweetness.
Finish
Medium length, fading slowly. The spice lingers gently, with vanilla and a dry oak note at the end.
How to serve and what to pour it with
