Palate
Full bodied and rounded, caramel and dark fruit up front, then baking spice and a gentle charred sweetness that lingers without cloying.

How to serve and what to pour it with
Neat at room temperature in a tulip glass or rocks glass, or over one large cube to tame the heat. A few drops of water open the vanilla. Let it rest a minute after pouring to release the charred oak.
