Nose
Soft caramel and vanilla rise first, with toasted oak and a faint dried cherry note underneath. Nothing sharp, just a warm, rounded sweetness.
Palate
Medium-full body, silky and slightly syrupy. Caramel and vanilla lead, then toasted oak and a whisper of raisin. Gentle sweetness stays in check, no burn, just a soft warmth.
Finish
Lingers easily with caramel and a dry oak echo. Clean, not cloying, and gently sweet to the last sip.
How to serve and what to pour it with
