Nose
Sea air first, then fresh cucumber and a squeeze of lime. Juniper sits underneath, clean and bright, with a faint rose petal lift.
Palate
Light bodied and silky, almost oily in a good way. Juniper leads, then lime zest and a saline mid palate from the kelp. Rose and cucumber round it out, finishing dry.
Finish
Crisp and cooling, with a lingering salinity and a soft floral echo. Medium length, very refreshing.
How to serve and what to pour it with
