Nose
Ripe blackberry and raspberry leap out first, juicy and clear, with a clean juniper line underneath and a squeeze of lemon peel.
Palate
Medium bodied and soft on the tongue, the berries stay bright rather than candied, layered over soft citrus and a faint peppery spice. Juniper holds the edges.
Finish
Smooth and gently warming, with red fruit lingering and a soft juniper tingle at the very end.
How to serve and what to pour it with
