Nose

Palate
Round and soft on entry, more body than a standard vodka. Honeyed pear and a touch of raisin, then a gentle spice and a faint oak edge that keeps it from being sweet.
Finish

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve neat in a small tulip glass at about 55 to 60 degrees, or over one large clear ice cube if you want it colder. Let it sit a minute after pouring to open the Cognac notes. A drop of water is not needed and will flatten it.
