Nose
Dried figs and dates first, then a warm honeyed note, toasted oak underneath, and a lift of clove and nutmeg at the edge.
Palate
Velvety and full, almost creamy. Honey and raisin up front, toasted oak and a hint of caramel in the middle, then baking spice and a soft grip of tannin on the back.
Finish
Long and warming, with the spice lingering after the fruit fades. A clean, dry echo of oak and clove.
How to serve and what to pour it with
