Nose
Caramel and vanilla lead, then toasted oak and a swirl of dark cherry and baking spice. A little air brings out orange peel and clove.
Palate
Full-bodied and round, with caramel sweetness up front, toasted oak and dark fruit in the middle, and a warm baking spice tingle on the sides. Texture is creamy but not heavy.
Finish
Long and warming, with caramel and oak lingering, plus a final flicker of spice. Clean and satisfying.
How to serve and what to pour it with
