Nose
Caramel and vanilla rise first, then a clear rye pepper and a faint charred oak note, with a whisper of dried corn.
Palate
Medium bodied and lightly oily. Sweet corn and toffee up front, then rye spice kicks in with black pepper and a touch of cinnamon, drying toward the back.
Finish

How to serve and what to pour it with
