Nose
Sweet cream and vanilla first, then caramel and a faint charred oak from the bourbon underneath. A little cocoa powder and warm baking spice.
Palate
Thick and coating, like melted ice cream. Vanilla and caramel lead, then the bourbon warmth pushes through, keeping the sweetness in check. Soft cocoa and a gentle oak note on the back.
Finish
Lingering cream and caramel, with a soft bourbon glow that fades slowly. Not cloying, just warm.
How to serve and what to pour it with
