Nose
Corn sweetness first, soft and rounded, with vanilla custard and a light toasted oak note underneath. A faint char and dried corn silk linger at the edge.
Palate
Medium body, gentle and smooth across the tongue. Sweet corn and vanilla lead, then a warm oak and light caramel mid-palate, finishing with a soft, low spice that never bites.

How to serve and what to pour it with
