Bourbon is American whiskey made mostly from corn and aged in new charred oak barrels, and it is a broad category with room for many house styles. Some bottlings lean sweet and rounded, others bring more rye spice and barrel char. Breaker Bourbon is a small batch label, and we stock it here in Commack in very limited quantity, often just a bottle or two at a time.
