Nose
Caramel and vanilla rise first, then toasted oak, dark cherry, clove and a wisp of leather.
Palate
Full bodied and smooth, with caramel and vanilla up front, baking spice and dark fruit in the middle, and toasted oak and leather on the back. Warm but not hot.
Finish
Long and warm, fading with caramel, oak and a gentle spice tingle.
How to serve and what to pour it with
