How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 45 to 50 degrees, in a white wine glass or a flute if you want the bubbles to last. No ice. Open it slowly and pour down the side of the glass to keep the mousse fine. A splash of chilled soda water stretches it nicely for a spritz.
