The story behind Xila
Cordials, also called liqueurs, are sweetened spirits made by infusing or macerating fruit, herbs, spices, or other flavors into a base spirit. Xila is a Mexican liqueur in that tradition, sweet and aromatic, made to be sipped slowly or used as a modifier in cocktails where its sugar and flavor do the work.
