The story behind Voga
Voga comes out of Veneto, the northern Italian ground that gives us Prosecco, and the brand launched in 2006 under Giovanni and Alberto Pecora. The sparkling side is made by the Charmat method, temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, which keeps Glera and Pinot Grigio crisp and bright instead of heavy. Conegliano in Treviso supplies the Prosecco fruit.
You will notice the bottle before you taste it. Diamond cut glass, a curvy shape that refuses to look like everything else on the shelf. We have carried Voga for years because the wine inside holds up to the packaging. The Rosé of Pinot Grigio took Silver at Mundus Vini and Berliner Wine Trophy and scored 92 points at the Ultimate Wine Challenge. The Moscato took Gold at Berliner Wein Trophy.
