Tosti Sparkling Wine
Piedmont sweet bubbles since 1820, poured in Commack for decades.
The story behind Tosti
Tosti was founded in 1820 in Canelli, in the Asti province of Piedmont, a town long recognized as the birthplace of Italian sparkling wine. The Bosca family has owned and run the winery for eight generations, and the surrounding hills and underground cellars hold UNESCO World Heritage status.
Tosti sources fruit from more than 500 grower families across 650 hectares of vineyards. The sweet styles, Asti and Moscato d'Asti, are made by the Charmat method in pressurized stainless steel tanks, with fermentation stopped by refrigeration to keep the natural grape sugar and a light 7 percent alcohol. The dry Alta Langa takes the traditional method in bottle.
Explore the Tosti range

Tosti cocktails and pairings
Chill the sweet bottles to 40 to 45 degrees and the Prosecco a touch warmer. Serve in a tulip glass, not a flute.
