The story behind Puerto Vallarta
Puerto Vallarta Tequila comes out of Jalisco, Mexico, contract distilled under NOM 1433 at Tequila Quiote, S.A. de C.V. The 100% blue Weber agave expressions pull fruit from both the Los Altos highlands and the valley, cooked in low pressure autoclaves, milled mechanically, fermented in stainless steel and run twice through pot stills. Every bottle in the core lineup lands at 40% ABV, 80 proof.
The brand is named for the resort city and built for the mixer, not the collector. That is exactly why we have kept it on the shelf for over 30 years. The Blanco and Reposado do the everyday work, the Anejo handles the slower evenings, and the price stays where a Tuesday pour belongs.
