Perfectomundo Tequila
Small brand tequila, honestly poured, sold by people who taste it.
The story behind Perfectomundo
Perfectomundo is a small label rather than a heritage house, and we say that plainly. What we can tell you is what the bottle is: 100 percent blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, the only region legally allowed to call it tequila, made in the three standard expressions that define the category. Blanco is unaged or rested briefly in steel. Reposado spends months in oak, usually ex bourbon barrels, which softens the agave and adds vanilla and baking spice. Anejo rests longer, generally a year or more, and takes on caramel and dried fruit.
We have poured these at the counter for years and the pattern holds. The Reposado is the everyday bottle, the Anejo is the one people come back for after a holiday. Perfectomundo does not chase the celebrity bottle market, and the pricing reflects that. You get cooked agave, clean distillation and oak that tastes like oak, not syrup.

Which Perfectomundo is right for you?
Pricing here is straightforward. The Blanco is $29.99 when we have it, and it moves fast, so call the counter before you drive over. The Reposado is $41.99, which is where a decent rested tequila should sit, and the Anejo is $49.99, still under what most aged agave costs. Buy two Reposados and you are past the $250 free local delivery threshold with room for a bottle of something else.
Rested enough to drink neat, priced low enough to pour on a Tuesday.
Caramel and dried fruit read as special without asking guests to know tequila.
