Blanco tequila is the clearest expression of the agave. It is unaged or rested only briefly in stainless steel, so what you taste is cooked blue Weber agave, a little pepper, and a bright citrus lift rather than oak or caramel. Partida Blanco is made in the traditional highland style, soft and rounded on the palate with a clean, dry finish.
