Miagave Tequila
Miagave Tequila: three rested expressions, one honest agave pour.
The story behind Miagave
Tequila is a protected category, made from blue Weber agave and legally produced only in specified regions of Mexico, most famously Jalisco. The style ladder is set by aging: blanco is essentially unaged, reposado rests in wood for a short spell, and anejo spends considerably longer in barrel. That is the whole grammar of the spirit, and Miagave works inside it without fuss.
We keep the three core Miagave bottles because they let you taste that ladder side by side at prices that do not punish curiosity. We cannot tell you the exact distillery history or the precise barrel time behind each expression, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is how the bottles drink and what they are for. That has been enough for our customers for years.

Three expressions, one agave base. Start with the blanco, step up to the reposado, then the anejo for the slow evening.
| Expression | Type | Proof / ABV | Tasting notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Miagave Blanco 750mL | Blanco Tequila | Clear, bright agave, citrus and pepper. The cocktail workhorse. | |
| Miagave Reposado 750mL | Reposado Tequila | Short wood rest, softer agave with light vanilla and warm spice. | |
| Miagave Anejo 750mL | Anejo Tequila | Longer barrel age, caramel and oak over cooked agave. Sip neat. |
Which Miagave is right for you?
The pricing here is straightforward. Miagave Blanco is $21.99, the Reposado $23.99, and the Anejo $35.99 for a full 750mL. That is a two dollar step from blanco to reposado and a twelve dollar step to the anejo, which is roughly what a longer sleep in oak should cost you. Buy the blanco for margaritas, the reposado for a rocks pour, and the anejo when you want the glass to do the talking.
Unaged agave holds its edge against lime and triple sec. Cheap enough to pour freely.
A little barrel softness makes it drinkable neat or over one large cube.
Oak and caramel for the end of the night, in a snifter or a tumbler.
Miagave cocktails and pairings
Agave spirits like food with salt, char and acid. Keep the blanco near citrus and the anejo near something sweet.
