The story behind Hiram Walker

Hiram Walker founded his distillery in 1858, and the cordial line that carries his name is now owned by Pernod Ricard. The liqueurs sold in the US are blended and bottled at the Fort Smith, Arkansas facility, built to handle cream liqueurs and complex cordials. The Canadian roots run through Windsor, Ontario, where the grain distilling operation began.
