Glen Master Scotch-single
Single cask Scotch from a bottler, not a distillery.
The story behind Glen Master
Glen Master was never a distillery. It was an independent bottling label used by St Andrews Beverages Ltd., a Scottish company registered in Cupar, Fife, which bought single casks from working distilleries and released them under its own name. The documented bottlings date to the early to mid 2000s, roughly 2004 to 2006, and each one carries the character of the distillery that actually made the spirit.
That is why the range reads like a tour of Scotland rather than a house style. Glen Master Glenlivet comes from Speyside, Glen Master Bowmore from Islay, Glen Master Springbank from Campbeltown. One cask, one distillery, no blending. We have sold these as they surfaced, and the supply has only gotten thinner since.
