How to serve and what to pour it with
Pour neat in a tulip glass at room temperature. Add a few drops of water to open the honeyed malt and soften the oak spice. Let it sit a minute before sipping. A splash more water is fine if you want it rounder, but go slow so you do not wash out the fruit.
