The story

The story behind El Diamante Del Cielo

Tequila is a protected category with real rules: it is distilled from blue Weber agave and made in specified regions of Mexico, most of it in Jalisco around the town of Tequila. El Diamante Del Cielo sits in that tradition, and we carry its three core expressions, Silver, Reposado and Anejo, the lineup that tells you most about any tequila house.

The names describe the aging, not marketing mood. Silver is essentially unaged, clear and agave forward. Reposado rests in oak for a period measured in months. Anejo spends longer in wood, usually at least a year, which rounds the edges and brings in caramel and vanilla. We have poured these across the counter for years, and we will tell you plainly what we know and what we do not.

Buying guidance

Which El Diamante Del Cielo is right for you?

Pricing here is straightforward. The Silver is $34.99, the Reposado $39.99, the Anejo $54.99, all 750mL. That spread tracks the aging honestly: you pay more for time in the barrel, not for a fancier label. If you are building a home bar, start with the Silver and the Reposado and add the Anejo when you want something to pour slowly after dinner.

The Margarita MakerEl Diamante Del Cielo Silver Tequila 750mL

Clear and agave forward, it holds up against lime and orange without getting lost.

The Balanced SipperEl Diamante Del Cielo Reposado Tequila 750mL

A few months of oak smooths the edges while keeping the agave in front.

The After Dinner PourEl Diamante Del Cielo Anejo Tequila 750mL

Longer barrel time gives caramel and oak; neat, in a small glass.

Good to know

El Diamante Del Cielo questions, answered

What is the difference between Silver, Reposado and Anejo tequila?
The difference is time in oak. Silver is essentially unaged and clear, Reposado rests for months, and Anejo ages longer, usually a year or more, picking up color and softer caramel notes.
Is El Diamante Del Cielo tequila 100 percent agave?
We cannot confirm the mash bill from the label alone, so ask us at the counter and we will check the bottle with you. Tequila labeled 100 percent agave must be made entirely from blue Weber agave.
How should I drink the Anejo?
Neat, in a small glass, at room temperature. A splash of water opens it up. Save the Silver for margaritas and palomas, where its clear agave character does the work.
Can I get El Diamante Del Cielo delivered or pick it up?
Yes. We offer free curbside pickup at our Commack store and local delivery across Nassau and Suffolk, same day or next day, free over $250. Spirits are for local delivery and pickup, plus shipping to the states where it is legal.
What does reposado mean on a tequila label?
Reposado means rested. The spirit spends a period measured in months in oak barrels, which softens the bite and adds light vanilla and wood notes while keeping the agave recognizable.
