Coastal Oak Cabernet
California Cabernet, French oak, and a price that keeps you coming back.
The story behind Coastal Oak
Coastal Oak Cabernet Sauvignon comes out of California, sourced from select vineyards where Pacific fog and cool ocean breezes slow the fruit down. That longer hang time is the whole point: the grapes hold their acidity while the dark fruit concentrates. It is 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, aged on French oak, which layers in vanilla, dark chocolate, and a little toast without burying the blackberry and cassis underneath.
We have poured this one at the counter for years as the honest everyday Cab. No founder story to sell you, no invented pedigree. Just a dry California table wine at 13 to 13.5 percent ABV that drinks like it costs more than it does.
