Palate
Light on its feet, fine bead ticking across the tongue. Red currant and tart cherry lead, citrus cuts through the middle, and a soft floral thread keeps it lifted. Barely off dry, with clean acidity holding it brisk.
Finish
Crisp and fairly short, drying out on berry skin and a last flick of citrus peel.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Chill it hard, around 40 to 45 degrees, and pour into a tulip or a white wine glass rather than a flute so the berry aromas actually reach you. No ice, it will flatten the bead.
