Palate

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 45 degrees, in a white wine glass or a flute if you want the bubbles tighter. No ice, no decanting. Open it just before pouring and tilt the glass to keep the foam down. A splash of chilled soda and a lemon twist makes an easy spritz.
