Nose
Ripe peach and apricot leap out first, soft and sweet smelling, with a clear honeysuckle note behind them and a faint citrus edge.
Palate
Off dry and gentle, the sweetness rounded rather than cloying. Peach and apricot carry through, then a light lemon lift keeps it fresh. Light bodied, soft texture, low acidity.
Finish
Clean and easy, fading fairly quickly with a last hint of stone fruit and citrus. Meant for another sip.
How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 45 to 50 degrees, in a standard white wine glass. No ice needed, though a cube won't hurt on a hot day. The 1.5L format is best finished within a few days of opening, so keep it corked and cold between pours.
