How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve this Auslese lightly chilled, around 50 to 55 degrees, in a small white wine glass so the aromas concentrate. No ice, no water. A gentle decant for 15 minutes can open up the mineral edge, but it is not necessary. Pour small tastes, as the sweetness is rich.
