Nose

Palate
Light-bodied and off-dry, but the sweetness is modest and cut by racing acidity. Green apple and citrus up front, then peach and a touch of honey, all grounded by a stony mineral edge.
Finish

How to serve and what to pour it with
Serve well chilled, around 45 to 50 degrees, in a small white wine glass so the aromatics stay focused. No ice. A short rest in the glass opens the honeyed notes. It works as an aperitif or with spicy food, the sweetness and acid handle heat well.
